How much does it cost to be included? |
|
|
All professionals involved in the Commodity Futures and Option Markets either located in or doing business in the United States are welcome to be included in the online registry with a free complimentary listing. There is a cost associated with Trading Who's Who Membership as it features numerous additional benefits and services. |

Do you have different membership levels and lots of up-sale pressure? |
|
|
Our Who's Who that is unique among Who's Who's -- in a word pressure-free. Trading Who's Who is dedicated to service, efficiency and simplicity, and that is why we only offer two types of memberships -- both are simple, effective, efficient. One is for individuals and the second is for corporations with the usual needs of a larger business. We do not have "account sales reps" we simply have customer service. Most of our member interaction is conducting online, again for efficiency sake. If you wish to take advantage of the other services in addition to your membership, such as our "Multi Media Publicity" add-on service you simply elect to order it online. Periodic no-hassle emails will notify you of specials of optional services and products. |

What do I get with a complimentary listing in the Trading Who's Who online registry? |

You will receive a listing of your business profile in the online registry that includes the information you submit in your free listing request. An image of the free listing sample can be viewed here. |

At this time the Official Trading Who's Who Registry is only open to professionals involved in the Commodity Futures and Option Markets either located in or doing business in the United States. |

How do I contact people in the registry? |

Trading Who's Who allows you to search for members on our online registry by several criteria such as, company name, industry, title, name etc. Designed for convenience, the searchable online registry is a tremendous tool for additional business exposure. See a sample member biographical listing, |

Are your publications available in any language other than English? |
|
|
A Trading Who's Who Registry for professional involved in the Equities Markets is currently in development. Please let us know if you wish to be notified as more information on this becomes available. |

Who uses the registry? |
|
|
Only the members of Trading Who's Who have access to the electronic registry. To to protect the privacy of our members the electronic database is secure. The published Trading Who's Who is sold publicly on Amazon and Traders Bookstore, and to various industries as a useful desk reference. Our "mailing list" (in other words our electronic database) is never shared or sold or or distributed. |

Are your publications available in any language other than English? |

No. At this time our publications are only available in English. |

When will I receive my publication? |
|
|
The annual published registry is released in the first quarter of each year. |
|
|
|
|
|
How long do I have to make corrections to my published biography? |
|
|
The bound edition of the Official Trading Who's Who is released in the first quarter of each year. The deadline date for updating your profile (online), is sent to you in an email approximately 90 days prior to that. This is the information that is used in the publication. |

How can I get extra copies of the bound edition I am listed in? |
|
|
The bound editions of the Official Trading Who's Who are available for order online on Amazon, and also at the Traders bookstore. They are available for sale online after the members receive their copies, but are offered for preorder, with shipment at that time. |

How can I obtain an additional Who's Who Certificate? |
|
|
Just look online in the Traders Who's Who Membership Products Section of this website. |

ABOUT MY WHO'S WHO MEMBERSHIP

After I purchase my membership, how long will it take to receive my welcome information? |
|
|
You should receive your welcome information, which includes your Trading Who's Certificate, within 10 business days after purchasing your Trading Who's Who membership. |

How can I get a receipt? |
|
|
Invoices are generated electronically by which ever method of payment you choose. Be sure to print your receipt for your records (and applicable tax deductions) |

What is your refund policy? |
|
|
In lieu of a return policy which would necessitate more man hours (and therefore more overhead which would raise member costs) we instead offer a "try before you buy" option -- a generous free listing. This gives you the opportunity to be part of the group and familiarize yourself firsthand with the professional prestige, useful benefits of association and the quality of our service. This enables you to determine for yourself if this Trading Who's Who registry is for you. We think you'll prefer this! |

How did you get my name? |
|
|
Initially we select our Trading Who's Who candidate by researching the NFA public records. We also may have located you through top level professional associations, trading organizations, or such media as professional reference publications. Our members also nominate anyone whom they feel would be an excellent addition to our membership. However, we do not keep records of the source of your candidacy selection on file. |

Can I nominate someone? |
|
|
Yes, simply refer to the "Nomination" section of this site, and complete the online Trading Who's Who Nomination Form . We value your input and the Member Nomination Form allows you to broaden our vast membership network by nominating people who you feel would make valuable additions to our directory. |

What do I do with the Biographical Proof I received? |
|
|
.The biographical Proof contains the information that will be published in the upcoming registry. Please make any corrections, additions, or deletions online in your Trading Who's Who profile. |

How can I expand my biography online? |
|
|
Access the Member's Only portion of the web site and click on Expanded Biography. This will give you the ability to provide detailed professional and personal information about yourself that isn't included in your standard biography. Information can include your past employment, published works, affiliations and family history. |

Why do I need a username and password? |
|
|
Your personal username and password enables you to access the member's only portion of the web site. This is where you access the online registry for networking with peers and colleagues. |

What if I foget my login username and password? |
|
|
Simply refer to the address we use to contact you via email. The login form will prompt you to request your login information by submitting your email address, where your info it will be emailed. |

What if I have difficulty with the online registry, such as searching or other site function? |
|
|
We are creating a searchable help desk to assist you in common technical difficulties. However we are happy to say these seldom occur and whenever the site will down for regularly scheduled maintenance you will be notified by email well in advance so you can plan around it. |

Can I make corrections to my profile online? |
|
|
You can make corrections and update your online biography at any time but all corrections for your biography intended for the upcoming published registry should be done well in advance of the fall publication cut off deadline, which you will be notified of by email. This guarantees accuracy for publishing purposes. |
